To access bmk4d services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and physical address. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification document (KTP - Indonesian identity card).
During registration, you must create a secure password that meets our minimum security requirements. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
bmk4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures, you must verify your identity by submitting the following documents:
Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours of document submission. You may deposit funds and place bets during the verification process, but withdrawals will only be processed after your Account is fully verified. Failure to complete verification within 30 days may result in Account suspension.
You must immediately notify bmk4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access if you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. bmk4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and major e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on our banking page and range from Rp 20,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction depending on the method selected.
Deposits via major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (06:00-22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays may experience delays up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits generally process instantly.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account suspension. bmk4d reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing deposits or withdrawals.
To withdraw funds from your bmk4d Account, you must submit a withdrawal request through the banking section of your Account. Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for deposits, and the account must be registered in your name.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your Account verification status and transaction history. Standard limits are Rp 50,000,000 per day and Rp 200,000,000 per month for fully verified Accounts.
All withdrawal requests are subject to security and verification checks. bmk4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Most withdrawal requests to Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Funds deposited using a promotional bonus are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each bonus's terms and conditions and typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. You must complete all wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal, or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

All bets placed on bmk4d are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirming placement. bmk4d is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.

Settlement of bets is based on official results from the governing sports body. bmk4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.
All content on the bmk4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of bmk4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bmk4d content without our prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bmk4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of bmk4d services shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. We encourage Users to contact us to resolve issues amicably before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the location shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
bmk4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or if we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. Upon Account termination, you forfeit all remaining balances, bonuses, and access to bmk4d services.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees and completing all pending transactions, subject to verification requirements.
